Belgian abbey cheese is a type of cheese that is traditionally made by monks in Belgian abbeys. It is typically made from cow's milk and has a smooth, creamy texture with a slightly tangy flavor. The cheese is often aged for several months, which gives it a rich and complex flavor profile. Belgian abbey cheese is often enjoyed on its own, as part of a cheese platter, or used in cooking and baking. **
